Hi

When you have Center snap set in the snapping panel and you draw a line to a rectangle object it won't snap to the center of the object. It works for curves, Circles and Polygons but not for the rectangle tool.

Steps

1. Draw a rectangle
2. Make sure center snap is activated in the snap panel
3. Draw a line to the center of the rectangle it won't snap to the center.

Just tested it in V4.51 and it works. It's broke in version 5.2

Center snap on curve objects are calculated for curve segments.
The circle is created from four arc segments. Each segment has the center identical with center of the circle.
The rectangle object is created from four lines. Each line has center in the mid point of the line.

It looks like bug, but it is not.
